Favour Ayensu with the stage name: Favour Favelyn, song writer, vocalist and a recording artist. She is a Ghanian, born and raised in Ashaiman Bukom. She’s from a Christian background with strong moral values, she is the sixth born of her parents but the first daughter of her mother.
Growing up, she become passionate about music and fell in love with it, so she joined the church choir where she obtain her skills and strong vocal ability. She also had the opportunity to come across Hanz Bekx who also encouraged her to go into music, she started going to the studio with him where she usually do backups for him and other artist too. And she quotes
“Doing music is what makes me happy and keeps me going, based on this I got to realized it is a God given gift and talent to me. I do see myself in my dreams singing and each time I woke up, I end up singing the same song and writing down the lyrics and that was how God gave me my first single: Nya La which means the Word and later on Aseda and many more yet to come.
