The police came up with a claim that embattled menzgold CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM1) will be in court on Saturday 2nd February 2019 in far away Dubai. This release came after a delegation of government officials claim they visited NAM1 in Dubai in an attempt to bring him back to Ghana.
Now let’s do some small exercise here.
1. Just go to Google and type “do courts in Dubai work on Saturdays”
This simple question will make you realize that courts in Dubai are CLOSED on Fridays and Saturdays.
2. Now open any of the links that talks about courts in Dubai and their working and off days.
This will confirm that courts in Dubai don’t work on Fridays and Saturdays.
Conclusion: From the facts above, it’s obvious the government via the police is not being honest to Ghanaians.
This also makes one wonder if NAM1 has truly been arrested in Dubai as we are being told or the government is just deceiving us as they tried to do with the court date.
I am glad the lies of this government via the police is being exposed in this whole menzgold saga and Ghanaians are getting a clearer picture now.
We will continue to follow this case till all truths are laid bare and all lies are exposed.
